They have a wide range of projects across multiple sectors such as commercial, education, hotels, residential, and more. They are seeking a vibrant and experienced Intermediate Project Manager to contribute to the continued success of their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute project work plans and monitor compliance with project budgets and documents
  • Ensuring design specifications are being met during the construction process
  • Understand cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly
  • Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning
  • Work with Senior Project Managers on project progress and cost status
  • Monitor and report against the implemented health and safety plan
  • Attend design meetings and support design development co-ordination and decisions 
  • Ensure efficiency, quality and affordability across the design and installation of all essential systems
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4-6 years previous experience within the construction industry 
  • Relevant qualification such as engineer, architecture and building science  
  • Knowledge of NZ build methodology
  • Meticulous knowledge of the project life cycle 
  • Technical and detail focused 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
