You will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of in-house architects and interior designers, collaborating to deliver creative, state-of-the-art projects for a broad range of respective clients.
- Manage fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in fit-out projects within New Zealand is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
