This specialist kiwi-owned consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join them at the heart of their project delivery team across commercial fit-out projects in Auckland.  
They are enthusiastic, front runners with continued ongoing success over the past 20-years and a healthy pipeline of work lined up for 2024. They provide quality results with a tailored, personal approach and have strong relationships formed with both local and global clients, as well as government sector organisations.  

Key Responsibilities:

This role will see you delivering seamless end-to-end project management services across luxury commercial fit-out projects.  
You will be working alongside a dynamic and innovative team of in-house architects and interior designers, collaborating to deliver creative, state-of-the-art projects for a broad range of respective clients. 

  • Manage fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in fit-out projects within New Zealand is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
