Assemble Recruitment are partnered with a Canterbury owned Civil Contractor on their search for a Project Manager. With a strong pipeline in place across both private and public projects you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a range of civil projects across bulk earthworks, three waters, demolition, roading, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with staff, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
Provide clear and concise progress reports to stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience delivering civil projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Financial acumen and organisational discipline.
Focus to Health and Safety and Quality.
Current driver’s license.
Shows initiative, motivation, and has a drive to succeed.
