An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to come on board and progress their career within one of New Zealand’s most well-regarded property businesses.
The Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager this role is central to ensuring buildings are safe, well-presented, and running efficiently. You’ll have a strong on-site presence, coordinating contractors, supporting clients, and upholding the high operational standards that Precinct is known for.

The responsibilities under this role may include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain a strong on-site presence, ensuring buildings are safe, well presented, and operating smoothly
- Coordinate day-to-day activity including contractor management, maintenance, access control, and service delivery
- Support clients and visitors with a high standard of customer service and prompt issue resolution
- Assist with facilities compliance, including health and safety checks, contractor inductions, and record keeping
- Conduct regular building inspections and report on maintenance or presentation issues
- Work closely with the Facilities and Concierge teams to uphold operational excellence across the portfolio
In order to fulfil the duties of the role, the preferred candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Experience within commercial property, facilities, or building operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards
- Comfortable working on-site and engaging with clients, contractors, and service providers daily
- Understanding of health and safety practices and building compliance is advantageous
- A team player with a hands-on attitude and strong customer service ethic
