Job description
The Company
My client is a privately New Zealand–owned project management consultancy delivering large-scale projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. Their work has a meaningful impact on communities and contributes to shaping the built environment across Aotearoa.
They are a professional and highly regarded team, known for their outstanding project delivery, strong team camaraderie, and genuine family-oriented culture. High-performing yet approachable, they’ve created a workplace that values excellence, balance, and collaboration.
Working closely with hands-on Directors and an experienced leadership team, you’ll be part of an environment where people take pride in their work, support one another, and enjoy what they do.

You’ll also play an active part in maintaining company standards, leading marketing and branding, and driving initiatives that enhance the team’s performance and culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being at the centre of a busy, high-performing consultancy, a role you can develop and make your own as you grow within the company.
