They work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, retail, education, industrial and recreation. This role will also involve 3-Waters and/or transportation.
  
The Role:

This business has won and secured a strong pipeline of work for 2023 and now looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team and help deliver on the projects.

The role is not be limited to, but will include:
  • Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and local Director
  • Working across government funded and private investment projects
  • Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion
  • Successfully delivering on all projects within the given budgets and timeframes
  • Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning
  • Adhere to their Health and Safety policies
This role is based in Hamilton.
  
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e., Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Previous track record of delivering projects
  • Experience in understanding and managing construction contracts
  • The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement on all levels
  • Experience leading programme of work within government led funding and private investment
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of building code and compliance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
