Our client is a well-respected New Zealand construction company delivering projects right across the country. About you
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a solid construction background who has worked on residential developments. You’ll be hands-on, strong with people, and confident leading a team.
You’ll bring:
You’ll be running projects day to day, leading your team, and making sure quality and compliance standards are met. You’ll be the link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the site, keeping everything on track and delivered to expectation.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a solid construction background who has worked on residential developments. You’ll be hands-on, strong with people, and confident leading a team.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ proven experience managing construction projects
- Residential development experience
- A relevant qualification and 5+ years’ industry experience
- Strong leadership and the ability to get the best out of teams and subcontractors
- Experience delivering projects on time, to scope, and within budget
- Good knowledge of contract management and NZ Building Codes
- Familiarity with project software such as Procore, Aconex, or Buildertrend
