My client is seeking an organised and detail-driven Projects Coordinator to join their Christchurch Project Management team. This role will support the delivery of key education and commercial sector programmes, whilst also contributing to broader project coordination and office support tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination experience who’s looking to grow in the project management space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting key project programmes, including financial and data reporting, invoicing, and procurement coordination
- Managing monthly invoicing and project cashflow reporting across a large portfolio
- Providing administrative support to the NZ-wide Project Management team
- Assisting with meeting coordination, minutes, and general communication with clients and consultants
- Contributing to internal systems, database maintenance, and accounts receivable
- Over time, getting involved in direct project delivery coordination tasks
- Proven experience in a fast-paced coordination or administration role
- High proficiency with Excel and data management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with invoicing, financial reporting, or similar tasks is highly regarded
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to grow
