About the role:
They are currently seeking a young and energetic Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in main construction, with a strong track record in construction methodology and also strong stakeholder management. You should be comfortable sitting in PCG meetings, navigating the project consenting process, managing a tender process, and seeing projects through from inception to successful handover.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in main construction or project management consultancy environment
- New Zealand project delivery experience is a must
- Strong stakeholder management skills are essential
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a trade related field
- Familiarity with New Zealand construction contract requirement NZ3910
- Passionate about delivering exceptional projects for diverse and interesting clients
