As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the team with duties including:
- Processing monthly invoices for accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing creditor payment batches, and handle on-charging to associated entities.
- Perform reconciliations in Xero.
- Along with various general accounting tasks and special projects as needed including filing, banking, data entry.
- You'll engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners, gaining valuable experience and insights.
We are seeking candidates that are able to work collaboratively and are happy to go above and beyond for your team members, and:
- Previous accounts payable and receivable experience.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office suite and Xero would be preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical, systematic, and great attention to detail will allow you to transition into this role with ease.
