​Kimberly has over a decade of operations management experience working with a range of different NZ businesses. She started with Cobalt in 2016 and now under the new ownership structure is providing group operations management for Assemble and two other recruitment brands. She is absolutely the glue that binds business operations allowing our consultants to focus all of their energy on working with clients and candidates. She brings a highly analytical, solution-focused approach to her work and is always obsessively looking for improvements that can be made, to the detriment of her famous "to-do" list!

When she isn't in the office or making the long commute to the sunny Hibiscus Coast, Kimberly loves to spend time on the beach with her family and a cold glass of rose!
