Job description
Attika is a specialist commercial and industrial construction business, delivering smarter building solutions for growth-focused businesses across New Zealand. The business has grown from a hands-on construction background into a vertically integrated company, bringing together design, engineering, project management and construction under one roof.
With teams across New Zealand, Attika delivers a diverse range of projects including workshops, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, agricultural buildings, transport facilities, showrooms and aviation buildings.
What sets Attika apart is its end-to-end approach, giving clients one team across the full project lifecycle and allowing the business to identify issues early and deliver smarter, more cost-effective outcomes.
Just as importantly, Attika is a business that backs its people. It offers a supportive, down-to-earth environment where people are trusted to take ownership, encouraged to develop and given the opportunity to grow with the business.
Attika is now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its Southland team and play a key role in delivering projects across the region. Their office is based in Gore, with flexibility to be based anywhere across Southland
About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
You will work closely with Project Managers, QSs, clients, subcontractors and Attika’s wider design and delivery teams, taking responsibility for your sites from establishment through to completion.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and influence, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the construction process, solving problems and seeing projects through from start to finish.
What You will Be Doing
You will be an experienced Site Manager who is confident taking ownership, leading from the front and making things happen on site.
We’re looking for someone with:
For the right person, this is more than simply managing a site. You will be joining a business where your experience, judgement and leadership will genuinely influence the success of projects, while working alongside a team that brings design, engineering and construction together.
If you’re ready for your next challenge and want to be part of a growing business with a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects, we’d love to hear from you.
