The company is well known for its’ luxurious apartments and townhouses and as Senior Revit Technician some of your key objectives will be:
  • Lead the Revit Technicians in project delivery  
  • Support and mentor members within your team.
  • Assessment of Project timelines with Project Management team
  • Working with the Architecture team on various projects, producing documentation to a high standard, using Autodesk Revit software.
  • Assisting with coordination of documentation with various consultants throughout the building consent stages of a project
  • Produce and coordinate Construction detailing
  • Coordinate and review architectural drawings with services and structural drawings
  
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Excellent knowledge of the NZ Building Code
  • Excellent Revit skills – 8+ years’ experience in construction detailing
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and team effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
  • Ability to manage Autodesk Revit models, and build Revit families
  • Must have the right to work in NZ
  • Valid NZ Driving Licence.
  
This role pays a salary of $120K+ depending on level of experience.
