This role pays a salary of $120K+ depending on level of experience.

The company is well known for its’ luxurious apartments and townhouses and as Senior Revit Technician some of your key objectives will be:
- Lead the Revit Technicians in project delivery
- Support and mentor members within your team.
- Assessment of Project timelines with Project Management team
- Working with the Architecture team on various projects, producing documentation to a high standard, using Autodesk Revit software.
- Assisting with coordination of documentation with various consultants throughout the building consent stages of a project
- Produce and coordinate Construction detailing
- Coordinate and review architectural drawings with services and structural drawings
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent knowledge of the NZ Building Code
- Excellent Revit skills – 8+ years’ experience in construction detailing
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage time and team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
- Ability to manage Autodesk Revit models, and build Revit families
- Must have the right to work in NZ
- Valid NZ Driving Licence.
