Role summary:
Step into a Senior Project Manager role leading delivery on projects spanning commercial, residential and education sectors. You'll own the client relationship from inception through to completion, working directly with Directors to manage cost, programme and risk. This is a genuine opportunity to shape outcomes on complex, high-value work rather than simply administer it.

Role summary:
Step into a Senior Project Manager role leading delivery on projects spanning commercial, residential and education sectors. You'll own the client relationship from inception through to completion, working directly with Directors to manage cost, programme and risk. This is a genuine opportunity to shape outcomes on complex, high-value work rather than simply administer it.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery on projects from $10M-$100M
- Act as primary client point of contact throughout the project
- Manage subcontractor and advisor relationships
- Own the project programme, cost plan and productivity tracking
- Monitor cost-to-completion projections and report accordingly
- Keep Directors informed on progress, cost and risk status
- Ensure compliance with project-specific policies and procedures
- Coordinate client reporting and facilitate regular status meetings
- Degree qualified, with NZ project delivery experience essential
- 5-10+ years' relevant industry experience
- Proven leadership across the full project lifecycle
- Strong track record managing project cost, risk and programme
- Exceptional communication skills and natural relationship-builder
- Experience across commercial, residential or education projects highly regarded
- Self-motivated, articulate and genuinely driven to succeed
- Confident managing sensitive client and stakeholder conversations
