Job description
The Company
This nationwide consultancy has built a reputation as one of New Zealand’s most respected players in the construction space. Known for strong leadership and consistent delivery, they’re trusted to deliver across some of the country’s most high-profile and design-led projects.
With a strong pipeline secured across the Southern Lakes, they’re continuing to grow their Queenstown presence. The business is known for hiring well, backing their people, and creating an environment that is professional without being corporate-heavy. A place where you can do good work, enjoy the team around you, and build a career with real momentum.
The Role
Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, an opportunity has opened up for a Project Manager to join their Queenstown team.
You’ll be working across a diverse and interesting mix of projects including hotels, retirement villages, high-end residential, commercial fit-outs, and land development. It’s a role that offers variety, complexity, and the chance to be involved in some of the region’s more notable developments.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will take the lead on the delivery of larger, complex projects while also taking ownership of your own portfolio. From early concept through to completion, you’ll be responsible for driving outcomes, managing programmes, budgets, consultants, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up, take on more responsibility, and continue developing under strong mentorship within a well-regarded consultancy.
