They are seeking to bring on an Investment Analyst to support the funds management and finance divisions of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an established organisation where you will be reporting into the Managing Director Funds and Finance and will work on a range of corporate finance and investment management duties.

This is a pivotal role for Willis Bond and the Investment Analyst will be responsible for duties such as managing and monitoring financial performance of property developments, preparing feasibilities, running due diligence on new developments and asset acquisitions, liaising and managing project finance with Tier 1 lenders, market research and analysis, and working on special ad-hoc projects for the business.

To be considered a strong candidate for this role you’ll be able to demonstrate the following;
  • A tertiary degree in finance, accounting, property, economics or similar
  • 3yrs + experience in real estate, corporate finance, valuations, banking or similar with a top tier organisation
  • Advanced financial modelling and report writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural affinity for relationship building
  • A genuine enthusiasm to learn or prior experience with investment monitoring via PCG meetings and regular stakeholder contact
