The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career while working across a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, coordinating subcontractors and materials, managing contract variations, processing payment claims, overseeing project documentation, and collaborating closely with the wider QS team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate
  • Relevant industry degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Have a good understanding of NZ construction methodology and local contracts
  • Ideally 5+ years local experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Integrity with the ability to create and maintain trust
  • A positive attitude and proactive problem solver
