Client Details
Due to growth in the Auckland office an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join the team of an established and well-known Property Developer.

The Role
  • Manage tenant relationships regarding property management issues
  • Managing facilities management activities at completed developments
  • Brief real estate agents on leasing programmes
  • Conduct lease negotiations
  • Coordinate the production of leasing collateral with marketing executives
  • Write Investment Committee recommendations for negotiated tenant deals
  • Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Establish and run building Opex budgets and prepare annual Opex wash-ups
  • Managing tenant fitouts
  • Assist development managers where commercial developments have significant tenant interactions
  • Establish body corporates for unit titled developments – predominately residential in focus
  • Calculate initial body corporate budgets
  • Assisting in unit titling process
  • Farmers Market profitability management
  • Other special projects as discussed
  
About You
You will have 3 plus years of experience in managing retail and commercial assets and will be able to ensure that the are always leased and immaculately presented.

A tertiary degree in Property or similar is a must along with 3 + years' related work experience managing retail and commercial projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are a requirement, along and hands on experience in asset / property management.
