Client Details
Due to growth in the Auckland office an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join the team of an established and well-known Property Developer.
The Role
- Manage tenant relationships regarding property management issues
- Managing facilities management activities at completed developments
- Brief real estate agents on leasing programmes
- Conduct lease negotiations
- Coordinate the production of leasing collateral with marketing executives
- Write Investment Committee recommendations for negotiated tenant deals
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals
- Establish and run building Opex budgets and prepare annual Opex wash-ups
- Managing tenant fitouts
- Assist development managers where commercial developments have significant tenant interactions
- Establish body corporates for unit titled developments – predominately residential in focus
- Calculate initial body corporate budgets
- Assisting in unit titling process
- Farmers Market profitability management
- Other special projects as discussed
About You
You will have 3 plus years of experience in managing retail and commercial assets and will be able to ensure that the are always leased and immaculately presented.
A tertiary degree in Property or similar is a must along with 3 + years' related work experience managing retail and commercial projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a requirement, along and hands on experience in asset / property management.
