Property Administrator

Job description

Assemble Recruitment has partnered with a successful and growing property group with a nationwide portfolio. With the business continuing to grow, they are looking to add a Property Administrator to ensure their expanding portfolio is supported by accurate and efficient lease administration.

Working closely alongside an existing Property Administrator, day to day will involve supporting all aspects of lease administration, maintaining accurate tenancy records, and ensuring the smooth running of portfolio operations. 

This role will suit someone with a solid grounding in lease administration and accounts receivable who enjoys working in a team environment but can hit the ground running. 
  
About the Role
  • Preparing lease documentation, including Agreements to Lease, renewals, variations, assignments, and rent reviews
  • Managing lease administration processes and maintaining accurate tenancy records
  • Entering and maintaining lease and property data within the property management system
  • Administering rent reviews, including calculations for outgoings, additional charges, and part-period adjustments
  • Preparing professional written correspondence for tenants, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Liaising with internal teams (accounts and facilities) to support day-to-day portfolio operations
  • Coordinating and supporting monthly Property Management meetings, including agendas, minutes, and scheduling
  
About You
The successful candidate will have: 
  • Proven experience in commercial property or lease administration
  • A strong understanding of commercial lease structures
  • Experience managing rent reviews, outgoings, and related calculations
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • A positive, team-oriented approach
