The Role
This is an opportunity to join a leading project delivery team delivering projects that have a direct and lasting impact on communities.
You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget. The work is meaningful, technically interesting, and highly visible.
With a strong pipeline of 3 Waters projects across Canterbury, you’ll be involved in water supply, wastewater and stormwater initiatives for a range of clients. You’ll also benefit from mentorship and support from experienced leaders, with clear pathways to grow your career.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 years + of previous experience as a Civil Engineer or Project Manager
- Relevant qualification in engineering, construction or building science
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail.
- Experience in delivering a range of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in a consultancy environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client facing experience and comfortable with running meetings.
- Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
