The Role
An opportunity has opened up for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to be based in Queenstown, leading projects locally while being supported by the wider Nelson-based team.
This role would suit someone confident operating independently, managing client relationships, and taking ownership of project delivery across the full lifecycle. You’ll work across a diverse mix of projects including commercial, tourism, healthcare, civic, infrastructure, and development projects throughout the region.
The position offers the best of both worlds - the autonomy and flexibility of working locally in Queenstown, combined with the backing, systems, and mentorship of an experienced consultancy team behind you.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering projects within the construction or consultancy space
- Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, property, or similar
- Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage multiple projects
- Consultancy experience preferred but not essential
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
