The Role
Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, the business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Auckland team.
This role will see you take full accountability for the commercial, contractual, and operational performance of multiple subdivision, infrastructure, and commercial earthworks projects.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, providing strong leadership to site-based teams while working closely with senior leadership to drive consistent project outcomes.

The Role

- Strong commercial and contractual capability, with confidence managing cost, risk, and programme performance
- Calm, decisive leadership style with the ability to influence outcomes at both site and client level
- NZ work rights and local project experience are essential
