At its core, this is a connector role - bringing together project teams, commercial functions, consultants, and delivery partners to ensure programmes run cohesively, risks are actively managed, and decisions are made with clarity and confidence.

You’ll work across the full lifecycle, from early planning and investment through to delivery, with a strong focus on:
- Creating alignment across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Driving consistency in programme controls, reporting, and governance
- Identifying and managing risk at a programme level before it becomes an issue
- Supporting smarter commercial and cost outcomes in partnership with QS and commercial teams
- Embedding more efficient ways of working across the programme
About you
We’re looking for a senior infrastructure professional who can operate confidently across both strategy and delivery.
You will be someone who naturally brings people together and creates clarity where there isn’t any.
You may come from a client-side, consultancy, or contractor background, but you will bring:
- Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments within infrastructure
- A strong understanding of risk, controls, and delivery performance
- A track record of improving processes, driving efficiencies, and lifting capability
- Exposure to commercial or QS environments, with an appreciation for cost, value, and outcomes
- The ability to influence and engage at a senior level
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of investment and procurement processes
- Experience within transport or major infrastructure environments will be highly regarded
- Work on nationally significant infrastructure programmes
- Operate at a strategic level with real influence
- Be part of a large, stable pipeline of work
- Collaborative and purpose-driven environment
