About the Role
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will oversee the performance, culture and growth of the Commercial Sales & Leasing and Business Broking divisions. You’ll work closely with the Company Directors and Commercial Branch Manager to ensure strong commercial performance, high professional standards, and an engaged, well‑supported team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will bring a strong personal sales track record and continue to actively transact, leading from the front and setting the benchmark for success. Your ability to balance personal performance with team leadership will be key to driving credibility and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Set business targets and monitor performance, taking action to address variances
- Lead, mentor and inspire a stable, high‑performing team of commercial salespeople and business brokers
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent aligned with company values and performance expectations
- Deliver ongoing training, coaching and one‑on‑one development support
- Maintain a professional, brand‑aligned office environment
- Oversee administrative quality including agreements, documentation, marketing materials and compliance
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, preferably leading a team
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance and market growth
- A positive, coaching‑oriented leadership style with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail, integrity and professionalism
- A Branch Manager’s License (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence navigating complex stakeholder relationships and shifting priorities
