A really exciting opportunity to work for a property development company with projects in Wellington and Auckland, is looking for a qualified builder keen to go into a Site Manager role based out of their central Auckland office.
This is a fascinating role for the fact that it offers an opportunity to work with a seriously successful developer but moreover it provides an opportunity for an experienced residential builder looking for that next step to ply their trade with a property development business.
You’ll work on a range of residential projects in Auckland with the majority of the work in the inner city and Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Overall site management and coordination of works including site set up.
- Managing and undertaking site establishment.
- Day to day management of construction team members on site.
- Managing the Schedule to Programme.
- Co-ordination of trades and materials.
- Ensure that all quality control and health and safety is adhered to at all times.
- Providing up to date information for the Construction and Project Manager on progress.
- Managing Quality Assurance and Health & Safety.
- Trade Certificate qualification or similar.
- Experience working across either commercial or residential projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be well versed in Health and Safety requirements and committed to running a safe site.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with strong planning skills.
- Complete comfort interfacing and managing all stakeholders including, contractors and consultancy partners.
