We are partnered with a South Island owned and operated civil contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil projects across the Central Otago region.
This role will be predominantly focused on private land development projects, including bulk earthworks, three waters and drainage, and roading works. You will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to enable seamless project delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, programmes, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, environmental obligations, and NZS 3910
- Provide clear and accurate project reporting to key stakeholders
- Proven experience successfully delivering civil projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive approach to Health and Safety and quality outcomes
