Assemble Recruitment is partnering with a well-capitalised real estate investment and development group to appoint an Associate into a broad, hands-on role supporting property operations, asset management, and development activity.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to join a small, high-calibre team working on a significant landmark project in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter, with exposure across commercial leasing, asset management, investment support, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting asset management activities including tenant liaison, facilities coordination, and lease administration
- Assisting with leasing activities for new developments, including coordinating RFIs/RFPs and consultant inputs
- Preparing board packs, meeting minutes, and investor communications
- Coordinating invoicing, payment approvals, and financial administration
- Maintaining project trackers, cost schedules, and document management systems
- Assisting with investment committee materials, feasibilities, and market research
- Acting as a key contact point for consultants, advisers, and service providers
- Supporting branding and marketing initiatives
- General business and operational support in a small, fast-moving team
We are open on background, but you’ll likely bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in professional services, property, finance, operations, or executive support
- Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in commercial property, development, or investment
- Comfort working in a small team where scope is broad and initiative is valued
- Salary of $80,000–$90,000 + KiwiSaver
- Exposure to high-quality commercial property and development projects
