  • Own monthly and quarterly performance tracking, KPIs, cash flows, and pricing processes
  • Support portfolio governance, including Board packs, investor reporting, and follow-on or exit materials
Market & Relationship Development
  • Maintain relationships with key third parties including lawyers, brokers, agents, and valuers
  • Monitor macroeconomic, capital market, and sector-specific trends in New Zealand
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify investment themes, risks, and structural drivers
About You
You will likely bring:
  • 3–5 years’ experience within an investment firm or relevant transaction-focused environment
  • A tertiary qualification in finance, property, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline
  • CFA charter (or progress towards) or equivalent qualification, highly regarded
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation capability with experience producing investment-grade analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
Why This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-calibre investment platform offering:
